From the Belle Époque to the Present Day

With a century of history, Le Pré Catelan was first a royal hunting lodge before transforming into a sumptuous restaurant during the Belle Époque. Since 1976, it has become a staple of Parisian life under the direction of Colette and Gaston Lenôtre.
